- Experience with data mining techniques such as association rules, clustering, sequential pattern discovery, neural nets, decision trees, etc.
- Expertise in using statistical packages like S-PLUS, R, and SAS
- Familiarity with leveraging distributed computing infrastructures such as Hadoop/MapReduce
- Experience with data mining in both structured and unstructured databases
- An M.S. degree in computer science, statistics, physics, econometrics, operations research or related field is expected
